Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable working with seniors and adults in their homes.
• Willing and able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Previous caregiving, senior care, housekeeping, or companion experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and general household cleaning
• Laundry and changing bed linens
• Meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Help clients maintain an organized, comfortable home
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities when needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with everyday routines and non-medical needs
• Observe and report concerns or changes to the appropriate family member or supervisor
• Maintain respectful and professional communication with clients and families
