Job summary

DON Services seeks reliable, compassionate caregivers to help individuals with disabilities stay independent at home. Shifts include morning, afternoon, and evening, with part-time hours and a pay rate of $14 per hour. Primary duties cover personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and errands within the consumer's home.

No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. A Driver's License is preferred to enable outings and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Driver's license preferred to support home visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and transfers.
• Support home tasks including light housekeeping, shopping, and errands for the consumer.
• Provide companionship and monitor health and safety in the home setting.
