Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Special Care Attendant to provide compassionate home care to patients, helping them live independently. You will deliver the right care, at the right time, in the right place, supporting families and communities with dignity and respect.

You’ll join a collaborative team with onboarding and mentorship, and eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are preferred; prior home-care experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (based on state requirements).
• Experience providing care to the elderly and/or disabled in home or health care settings preferred.
• Good communication, compassionate, dependable, organized and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to patients and support daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Care Team Supervisor and document care delivered.
