Job summary

Allied Caregivers in Vermont seeks a Part-time Personal Care Attendant to support clients in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and promoting comfort and dignity.

You’ll create a flexible schedule, help with bathing, grooming and meals, provide companionship, and document shift notes using a mobile app in coordination with our office.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma or GED, being 18 or older, a valid driver’s license, English communication, and TB test/physical.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform personal care tasks.
• High school diploma or GED.
• TB Test and Physical, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Run light errands and maintain a clean home environment.
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety.
• Document shift notes via our mobile app.
• Engage with clients with compassion and respect.
