Advacare Homecare seeks a compassionate non-medical Home Care Attendant to support clients in their homes in Tucson, AZ. The role requires prior home care experience and the three basic certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a non-skilled homecare caregiver or home attendant.
• Must hold Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid Certification, and Arizona food handlers card.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZ.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-skilled personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisory staff. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
