Job summary

4 PRETTY PURPLE WALLS LLC is seeking a Personal Service Assistant/HCBS to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients. You will follow a service plan, build relationships, and ensure a healthy environment. Strong communication is essential, and prior Home Health Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and activity engagement, with emphasis on compassionate, client-focused support in home settings.

Qualifications

• One year prior professional experience
• Driver’s license with valid car insurance
• TB test or negative chest X-ray
• Background test
• PSA Attendant Service Exam with at least 85%

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications reminders
• Light cooking as needed
• Errands as desired by client
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Home Health Aide License
