Job summary

Right at Home Folsom Lake is hiring a Home Care Aide (HHA) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Rocklin and surrounding communities. You will provide compassionate in-home care, companionship, and personal assistance, helping clients maintain independence.

The role offers hourly pay of $19–$25, flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, holiday premium pay, and generous bonuses after achieving care-hour milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass required background screening.
• Must obtain California Home Care Aide registration before client assignment.
• Current CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support
• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in client condition
