Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or related field is an asset.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks such as lifting and turning clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisory staff.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
