Job summary

Addus Family company is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients in their homes. You will assist with personal care, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to help clients remain safe and independent at home.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in condition, and uphold strict safety, infection-control, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor clients' condition and report changes to supervisor
• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
