Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Millis, MA is seeking dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. You will support clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship in their own homes, with flexible full- and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
Caring, patient, and reliable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
Dependable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
