Qualifications

• Must be registered as a California Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Must be able to clear a DOJ/FBI background check.
• Must have a current Negative TB test (or willingness to complete one).
• Must obtain a valid Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID (Driver's license, Social Security, Passport, Birth certificate).

Responsibilities

• Follow clients’ plan of care, safety precautions and procedures.
• Monitor, observe and report suspected concerns or health status changes to a supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with the office in a timely manner.
