Qualifications
One year of prior professional experience required.
Driver’s license required.
CPR & First Aid certification required.
Fingerprint Clearance required.

Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds.
Care for patients by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
Maintain records of patient care and report observations to the supervisor.
Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud.
Give medication reminders.
Meal preparation.
