Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance to the elderly and those needing recuperative or continuing care. We recognize our direct care staff as our greatest asset and offer competitive compensation, initial & ongoing training, flexible hours, and a FRIENDLY & SUPPORTIVE WORK ATMOSPHERE.

Typical duties include light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and personal care while following a care plan

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
• Willingness to complete all employment requirements.
• Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Access to smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation.
• Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices.
