Qualifications

• Must have 6 months or more of prior direct caregiving experience.
• Self-directed and service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Must have patience and compassion for elderly and/or disabled individuals.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide non-medical personal care following an approved care plan.
• Perform safety and wellness observations each shift.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Help family members with client care techniques.
