Artful Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team. You will work directly with patients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan and building genuine relationships while delivering personalized, attentive care.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of professional home care experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily activities at home (transfers, mobility, personal care).
• Maintain patient care records and report observations to supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading to support mental health.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Engage patients in exercises or activities.
