Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous PSW experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time-management abilities.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
