Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in Oceanside, CA seeks compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes, ensuring safety and well-being with tailored activities.

We offer 18–20 USD per hour, full-time/part-time and on-call shifts, flexible schedules, and incentives including a sign-on bonus and weekend fill-in bonuses. Valid license and clear background checks required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
