Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Florida is seeking dedicated care professionals to join our team. You will provide in-home personal care, meal support, light housekeeping and mobility assistance to help clients stay independent.

No prior experience required; we offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; daily pay option is available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass background check per state requirements.
• Pass drug screen per state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Complete meal preparation assistance: preparing meals, serving meals, cleaning prep areas, and assisting with eating as needed.
• Complete personal care assistance: tub/shower/bed baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, skin care.
• Complete housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge cleaning, dishes.
• Complete laundry: washing, drying, folding, putting away; laundromat if needed.
• Assist with errands: grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, post office trips.
• Rarely absent from work, reliable and punctual.
