Job summary

Agapes Love Home Care LLC is looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team in Greensburg, PA. In this role, you will provide personalized care by following a one-on-one care plan for patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, maintaining patient records, and building meaningful relationships with those you serve.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience in Home Health or Hospice care is preferred. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• One year prior professional experience required.
• 2 step TB test must be completed.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and cleaning.
• Maintain records of patient care and progress.
• Build relationships with patients through conversation.
• Give medications and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises or activities.
