Caring Hands Homecare is seeking a Home Care Aide to deliver compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. The role emphasizes building relationships with patients, maintaining accuracy in care records, and supporting families with daily activities and personal care.

Ideal candidates have a NJ CHHA certificate, a high school diploma, and may have 1 year of prior home health experience. A driver’s license and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualificações

• CHHA certification from a New Jersey accredited program.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of professional experience preferred.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Give medications reminders and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
