A Precious Elder is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide personalized care to clients in their homes in Torrance, California. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily activities, maintain accurate care records, and build genuine relationships. A valid driver’s license and TB test are essential.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Home Care Aide.
• TB Test is required.
• A driver’s license is required.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) number.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds and appointments.
• Care for clients by changing bed linens and doing laundry.
• Maintain records of client care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with clients by conversing to help keep them mentally healthy.
• Give medication reminders.
• Engage clients in exercises or other activities.
