Fedelta Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Mason County with flexible scheduling and diverse client locations, including Olympia and Shelton. Pay ranges from $23.25 to $24.75 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Licensed WA State CNA/HCA/HHA or equivalent.
• Reliability to complete background checks and possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Care needs vary; duties include meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Assistance with bathing, grooming and mobility as needed.
• Stand-by support, supervision and safe transport to appointments.
• Provide companionship and assist with transportation to errands or visits.
