Qualifications

• Able to drive the client's vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
• Deliver dementia, Alzheimer's, and hospice care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization tasks.

Education

Certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
