Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client at home in Siren, WI. The role covers bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain independence, with a fixed schedule of 9 hours per week (Mon-Wed-Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM).

The position is paid at $28/hour total ($24/hour base plus a $4/hour bonus if all shifts are completed as agreed). Background checks and TB testing are required; training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We will perform a background check.
• TB skin test required if not recently completed.

Responsabilités

• Assist one elderly client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to stay independent at home.
• Work Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (9 hours/week).
• Follow scheduling and report any concerns to supervisor.
