Job summary

LIFE Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a HomeCare Aide to deliver in-home support to seniors in Oklahoma. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation is $17.50 per hour, with a focus on helping clients live safely and independently at home. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance, while maintaining safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care Aide and/or Home Health Aide certification required.
• Current, valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
• One year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, feeding, mobility).
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, bed making).
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and errands.
• Encourage independence and activity; monitor wellbeing and document services.
• Maintain safe home environment and proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to deliver exceptional care.
