Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Home Care Aide in Encino, CA to provide non-medical support and friendly companionship to clients in their homes. You will help with daily tasks, meals, transportation, and medication reminders while following established care plans and maintaining clear client updates.

Qualifications

• HCA certification is required for the role.
• A background check is required by the employer.
• Negative tuberculosis test is required.

• Reliable transportation to travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and positive social interaction with clients.
• Assist with everyday household tasks and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and help with basic meal planning.
• Provide transportation support and run errands for clients.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Keep living spaces comfortable and organized.
• Follow care plans and communicate client updates.
• Complete care notes and required documentation.
• Encourage client independence while offering dependable support.
