SYNERGY HomeCare of Medina is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to provide companionship, daily living support, and personalized care in clients' homes across Fairlawn and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
