Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an entry-level Certified Nursing Assistant to support seniors and disabled clients in their homes. The role focuses on quality care, flexible hours, and opportunities to join a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
• One year of home care or comparable experience is required.
• Satisfactory background check and valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take medications at the proper times.
• Assist with therapy exercises under a Registered Therapist.
• Provide personal care (hair, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with toileting and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Light housekeeping and laundry; change bed linens; dust and vacuum.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Report changes in client condition to the Agency Director or Service Coordinator.
• Turn or reposition bedridden patients; observe for injuries or abnormalities.
