Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care including toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and medication management
• Promote independence and safety in the home
• Observe and report changes to the client care supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of client care
• Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans
