Job summary

The role requires English communication, punctuality, and adherence to health and safety protocols, including a recent medical physical and immunization checks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English.
• Punctual and reliable, with on-time attendance.
• Medical physical within the last 12 months and required immunization titers (MMR, varicella) and PPD test.
• NYS Aide certificate or 2 years experience for other positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly with daily needs including personal care or companionship.
• Follow the home care plan with listed interventions.
• Prepare meals, assist with showers, take walks, do laundry and light housework.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and their families.
