Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home in Winona, Texas. The role focuses on providing personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship to improve quality of life for elderly or disabled individuals.

Earn up to $16 per hour with flexible scheduling and daily pay options. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
