Job summary

Live Well Home Care in Idaho is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to support individuals in their own homes, helping with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, and routine tasks. You will ensure safety and dignity while delivering respectful, client‑centered care.

You will provide companionship, assist with errands, and follow care plans established by the Branch Manager, working as part of the Client Care Team to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation
• Aid with bathing and dressing
• Support meal planning and preparation
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Offer respite care for families as per care plans
• Carry out errands and shopping as needed
• Follow written care plans and report safety concerns
• Monitor supplies and home environment for safety
