Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide in Alpena, MI to assist an elderly veteran at home. The position is long-term with 12 hours per week.

Pay is $22 per hour, composed of $18 base plus a $4 bonus for meeting scheduled shifts. Training is provided and a background check is required. TB skin test is required if not done recently; reimbursement details for the test and related costs are included in the onboarding information.

• Experience as a caregiver is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking.
• Help the client stay independent at home.
