Job summary

Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, AK is seeking a Home Attendant to support residents at Wildflower Court. Casual, on-site role involving light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and transportation under the Lead Home Attendant.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred experience with the elderly or disabled; Alaska Driver’s license; and certifications such as BLS, Food Worker Card, CPI training. Drug screen required prior to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience caring for the elderly or disabled or in a medical facility.
• Preferred Alaska Driver’s License.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Food Worker Card within 30 days of hire.
• CPI training within 90 days of hire.
• All new employees must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Incumbents provide unlicensed tasks under the direction of the Lead Home Attendant, including housekeeping and light meal preparation.
• Assist residents with light errands and transportation as needed.
