Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Certified Assisted Living Associate (HHA) to provide direct resident care and emotional support in our Richmond Forest Park Health Campus. You will work closely with nursing staff to maintain comfort, safety, and dignity for residents in assisted living and memory care settings.

The role requires an Indiana HHA certification and a high school diploma; 0-1 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Indiana Home Health Aide Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists AL residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility; assists with medication reminders and adherence to healthcare plans.
• Monitors and documents vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) as directed by nursing staff.
• Provides companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting a positive environment.
• Assists during mealtimes, serving food and feeding if necessary; ensures dietary needs are met.
• Helps with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized environment in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Complies with facility policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines.

Education
