Job summary

ALVITA CARE is seeking a Certified NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our in-home care team in New York. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in private homes, assist with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and report changes to supervisors to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Certified NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Discreet and professional in all communications
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license a plus
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases
