Job summary

Connected Home Care is seeking reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home support. Roles include bathing, dressing and grooming assistance, with emphasis on respectful social interaction and timely reporting of changes to supervisors.

Applicants must hold a valid HHA or PCA certificate, have ID and SSN, pass a drug screen, complete a physical, and provide two references. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide OR (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Current Photo ID & Social Security card
• Drug screen (last 6 months)
• Complete physical (within the last 6mo)
• 2 reference letters (Personal or Professional)

Responsibilities

• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Social Interaction
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.
