Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Acton, MA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults in Acton and surrounding communities.

We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, weekends, mornings, evenings or block-hour shifts with a supportive team. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while reporting changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active MA Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• CNA experience welcomed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Report changes in client condition to the nursing team.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence.
