BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve patients in Kansas City, MO and surrounding counties. You’ll follow plans of care, provide essential personal and homemaking support, and build meaningful relationships with clients at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse, providing personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, household tasks, and medication reminders.
