Job summary

Visiting Angels in Topeka is seeking a Home Health Aide - HHA to provide compassionate in-home care to clients across the Lawrence area. Responsibilities include companionship, assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment. Training and guidance are provided to help you deliver outstanding care and improve clients' quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation for medical appointments and other activities.
• Monitor client's health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols when providing care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
