Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to support seniors in their homes with compassion and reliability. Certified and non-certified HHAs welcome; flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and all shifts, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, documenting care, and reporting changes in condition while ensuring a safe, clean home environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Certified or non-certified HHAs welcome.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Flexible scheduling including weekends or every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and errands.
• Observe and report changes in condition and take vital signs when ordered.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
