Job summary

Independence Home Health LLC is seeking a dedicated, trustworthy caregiver for a full-time aide position. We value a professional, family-oriented care team and invite you to join as a Personal Care Attendant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and daily living activities per care plans, documenting care provided, and offering companionship to clients.

Qualifications

• Free certification for Home Health Aide and Personal Care Attendant.
• CNA certification not necessary for Home Health Aide or Personal Care Attendant in some cases.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living accordance with individualized care plans.
• Document care provided and report changes in clients status to supervisor.
