Seniors Helping Seniors Treasure Coast South is seeking a Home Health Aide or CNA to deliver compassionate in-home care in Jupiter, FL. You will assist with daily activities, manage medications, and support mobility and safety for seniors in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or CNA with current certification.
• 3+ years experience with dementia, Parkinson's or age-related conditions.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Compassionate, caring attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with medication management and administration.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair use and bed mobility.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including household chores and laundry.
• Collaborate with our team to develop personalized care plans for each client.
• Document client progress and communicate with family members and healthcare providers.
