Intuit, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide in-home support in Clayton, Garner, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean background required.
• 1 year of prior experience in home healthcare, nursing homes, assisted living facilities or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Core skills: Home & community care, patient care, senior care.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs when applicable.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification; BLS training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards under HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive personal care assistance, including help with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Offer medication reminders and help with errands.
• Support clients with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to promote a safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and ensure client safety.
