Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Miami is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to provide non-medical in-home care throughout Miami-Dade County. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with flexible schedules.

Candidates must have fluent English, pass an English proficiency interview, and hold an HHA certificate or CNA license for home health duties. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 per hour, with higher rates for exceptional experience; night shifts and weekends are

Qualifications

• Fluent or highly proficient spoken English.
• Minimum 1 year of private duty/home care experience.
• HHA certificate or CNA license for home health duties.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
