Job summary

Care Connect at Home in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking reliable HHAs or CNAs to join our caregiver team. As an HHA/CNA, you will assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while providing companionship to clients in their homes.

We offer weekly pay via direct deposit, flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts), and a supportive office team. Valid Florida HHA or CNA license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience is a plus.
• Must pass Level II background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal prep and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Follow personalized care plans and report changes to the team.
