Job summary

BrightStar Care of Ft. Myers/Naples is seeking a compassionate HHA/CNA to provide high-quality in-home care to residents in the Naples, FL area. This full-time, hourly position offers a balanced schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• AHCA Level 2 Background check is required.
• HHA certificate or CNA license in good standing with FL is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• CEUs in Alzheimer’s, HIV/AIDS and medication management are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and vital signs per nursing supervision.
• Assist residents with daily tasks (feeding, meal prep, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation, activities).
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
