Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood and in deaf education are required.
• Experience supporting Deaf/Hard of Hearing students in various settings is preferred.
• Strong data-driven planning and IEP development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Collaborates with IEP team to develop goals and accommodations.
• Monitors student progress and maintains records and confidential data.
• Provides direct instruction and supports to preschool students with hearing loss.
