Responsibilities

• Follow daily cleaning schedules and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate housekeeping services with nursing staff during routines.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish fixtures and amenities.
• Clean floors via sweeping, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, and disinfecting.
• Dispose of waste and line trash receptacles with liners.
• Follow safety precautions and use PPE when handling chemicals.
• Do not disclose residents' protected health information; report violations.
