Job summary

Green Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents in our care. You will clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas, restock supplies, and assist with laundry while following infection control guidelines.

The role requires a friendly attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and physical fitness to perform routine housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Friendly and compassionate attitude toward residents.

• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens and restock supplies.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Assist with laundry services.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
